We do not offer rental equipment. We offer full-service audio visual production which includes supplying the required equipment, in addition to providing setup, on-site technicians, operation, and teardown.

Setup, Logistics & Support

Yes. Our professional technicians manage complete AV and lighting setup (install), testing, operation, and teardown (strike) for a stress-free experience.

Yes. We provide experienced on-site AV technicians to ensure everything runs smoothly during your event.

Setup time depends on event complexity. It is anywhere from hours to days depending on the event, venue, and project specific needs.

We provide audio visual and lighting services to the Southern California area, specific areas include Los Angeles, Orange County, Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Bernardino, Riverside. Travel fees may apply for events outside our primary service area.

Yes. We offer pre-designed AV packages as well as fully customized solutions to fit your budget and event requirements.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak event seasons, to secure availability. Typically 1 to 9 months in advance.

Yes. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date, with the remaining balance due prior to the event.
